Day-by-day timeline
- Day 0 — You place the order. The 60-day clock starts on the purchase date, not the delivery date. Save the order confirmation email and order number.
- Days 1–10 — The parcel ships and arrives (timing depends on your address). Keep the packing slip — you need it for any return.
- Days 10–40 — Take Visivra as the label directs, note how your eyes feel, and keep every bottle, even empty ones.
- Day 45 — Decision point. If you are not happy, contact support now so there is time to ship the bottles back.
- Days 45–55 — Get return instructions, pack all bottles with the packing slip and ship to SHIPOFFERS, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011 with tracking. Postage is on you.

Suppose you order on 1 March and the parcel arrives on 8 March. Your guarantee still ends around 30 April — 60 days after 1 March — not 60 days after delivery. If delivery is slow, you have less time to try the product. Write the purchase date and the day-45 check-in in your calendar the day you order.
The cost of returning
Because you pay return postage, the refund you receive is the price you paid minus what it costs you to post the bottles back. For a small parcel within the US, that is usually a modest amount, but it depends on the carrier and service. Always use a tracked service — if the parcel is lost, tracking is your proof that you sent it.
Does the guarantee cover bundles?
Yes. Every bundle — 2, 3 or 6 bottles — showed the 60-day guarantee when we checked. With the 6-bottle bundle, remember you are expected to return all six bottles, and you will only have used about two bottles’ worth by day 60.
